Q. What's included in your video packages?
A: All packages include a discovery and planning session to work out a strategy and concepts.
Once you’ve decided to sign up, I can help design and script each piece of content for you as needed, so all you have to do is review and refine. All necessary equipment is provided for filming, and I aim to provide initial drafts of the content for you within 2 weeks after filming. 2 rounds of revisions are included.
Q. How does your video package pricing work?
A. In general, most pricing will be fixed as quoted if you accept within 30 days by paying the deposit. There are a few scenarios where a revised quote may need to be issued:
- If you request a material change to the scope.
- Critical information was not provided that materially changes the effort required.
- External costs due to elements that were not known at the time of the quote (e.g. permits).
